Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about Stadium View.
01 Is Stadium View licensed and regulated to accept bets in my country?
+
Stadium View operates under a Curacao eGaming licence (licence 365/JAZ) and is required to adhere to anti-money-laundering and player-protection standards. The service is not available in jurisdictions where online sports betting is prohibited, such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and France, and all accounts are restricted to users aged 18 or older. Players are advised to check local legislation before registering.
02 What documents do I need to verify my Stadium View account before I can withdraw money?
+
To withdraw funds, Stadium View requires identity verification (a clear copy of a passport, driver's licence, or national ID) and proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). If you deposit with a credit or debit card, you may also be asked to show the front of the card with only the last four digits visible. Once all documents are uploaded, the verification team usually completes the check within 24-48 hours; you'll be notified by email when your account is cleared.
03 Which payment methods can I use to deposit funds into my Stadium View account, and are there any fees?
+
Stadium View accepts Visa and Mastercard, the e-wallets Skrill, Neteller and ecoPayz, direct bank transfers and the cryptocurrencies Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT. Deposits are instant for cards and e-wallets, while crypto deposits are confirmed after one network confirmation; a small network fee may apply for crypto. Withdrawals to e-wallets are processed within 24 hours, card payouts take 3-5 business days, and bank transfers may take up to 5 days; no withdrawal fees are charged by Stadium View, though your bank or wallet provider could apply its own charges.
04 How does Stadium View set the odds for World Cup matches, and can they change after I place a bet?
+
Stadium View's odds for World Cup matches are compiled by a team of sports-analyst traders who assess team form, head-to-head records, injury news and market activity. The displayed odds can move up until the start of the match; when you submit a bet, the odds are locked at the moment of confirmation, so your potential payout will not be affected by later price changes. In-play (live) odds are updated in real time and will reflect the current state of the game.
05 What are the wagering requirements for Stadium View's World Cup welcome bonus, and which bets count toward clearing it?
+
The World Cup welcome bonus is a 100% match up to $100 with a 35x playthrough requirement applied only to the bonus amount. To count toward the rollover you must place pre-match World Cup selections with odds of at least 1.50; single bets and multiples both qualify, but cash-out bets, virtual sports and in-play markets are excluded. You have 30 days from the moment you claim the bonus to meet the wagering condition, after which any unused bonus funds are removed.
06 Does Stadium View offer responsible-gambling tools such as deposit limits or self-exclusion, and how do I activate them?
+
Stadium View provides a full suite of responsible-gambling tools: daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps; loss limits; session-time reminders; and the ability to self-exclude for a chosen period (minimum 24 hours up to permanent). To activate any of these, log in, open the Account Settings menu, select Responsible Gambling, pick the tool you need, set the amount or duration and confirm. If you prefer, you can also contact customer support and they will apply the restriction on your behalf.
